Taxi Cab or CNG taxi mugging incident can be a nightmare in Dhaka and in recent days it’s a common and frequent event, especially at night. If usual muggers are involved in that case, then it’s unpredictable actually.

Just try to avoid roads and alleys as you knew that risky.

Sometimes CNG/Cab drivers are involved in those case and they just stop at near about silent (most of the times dark corner) and then 2/3 people get ride, show knife or arms and get everything.

Here is a very simple tip to get rid of Dhaka city Taxi cab’s mugging incidents. Its simple but it is very effective.

1. Before ride please look at driver’s face very carefully.

2. From front/back of the vehicle please note registration number loudly.

3. Ask drivers his name and send a sms with driver’s name and registration number.

Make a sms to your friends / family as before said.

4. Say it loudly in apologies tone to driver that it’s a security precaution, please don’t mind.

5. If this driver is normal and good, he will pleased by your apologies tone.

6. If this driver is anyhow related to muggers, he will think 100 times to do anything!
